The main forms of organisational trust are management trust, supervisor trust and co-worker trust. This study looks at organisational trust for police officers who often work in an environment of heightened stress. The study investigates the effect on work stress that job autonomy, quality training, role overload, role underload, and perceived dangerousness of the job.
