The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management program is an internationally recognised qualification accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), consisting of 12 core units delivered over 6 months.
The units place particular emphasis on developing effective people skills, managing and leading a team, developing priorities and managing operational plans
The successful completion of this program will provide participants with improved leadership and supervision knowledge and capability. Participants will develop a greater capacity to solve problems, communicate effectively with others, and take on increased responsibility and to work effectively with minimal supervision. The program develops the competency of participants who are taking on responsibility for the implementation of frontline management initiatives. This program is being currently offered as a distance education program. In some countries, this may be supplemented with some face to face delivery (pending Covid19 restrictions).
Program Pre-requisites
Participants will be required to complete an English Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment prior to commencing the program. Participants should have 6 months or more of supervisory experience prior to attending this program.
Requirements
Participants will be required to have access to a laptop or large device (iPad or similar) and appropriate internet connection.
