Last week the AIPM travelled to Jakarta, Indonesia to deliver the Frontline Women’s Leadership Program for Australian Border Force. Hosted at the Jakarta Centre for Law Enforcement Cooperation (JCLEC), the five-day program brought together emerging leaders to build confidence, capability and leadership effectiveness. Programs like these strengthen offshore inter agency partnership by providing leadership training and building capability across the region.
