At the AIPM, we take all complaints very seriously and have systems and processes in place to seek fast and effective resolutions.

Staff

As a member of staff at the AIPM, you can make a variety of complaints from, the conduct of another member of staff, to discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, or criminal acts.

General Public

As a member of the public if you have a complaint, including complaints about the conduct of AIPM people, activities, services, actions or processes email complaints@aipm.gov.au.

Guests/Professional Development Participants

As a guest or program participant if you have a complaint, including complaints about the conduct of AIPM people, activities, services, actions or processes email complaints@aipm.gov.au.

Higher Education Student

As a HE student, you can make complaints about the AIPM, your studies and student experiences.

National Student Ombudsman

About the National Student Ombudsman

The National Student Ombudsman (NSO) is a free and independent service for students to escalate complaints about the actions of their higher education provider. Students can contact the NSO:
